World Champion Magnus Carlsen won game 9 of the 2021 World Championship match against Russian Super GM Ian Nepomniachtchi which makes the score 6-3 in favor of Magnus.
Nepo made a blunder on move 27 which got his Bishop trapped & went on to resign later in move 40. With only 5 games remainin, it looks like GM Magnus Carlsen will comfortably defend his title.
