Chess Federation of Lesotho has handed over Chess Equipment which includes normal chess sets, Demonstration chess sets and Braille Chess sets in a project intended to develop Chess in prisons, primary schools ,female only schools also centres for visually impaired and those with hearing challenges.
The success of the development project will be instrumental in growing chess in Lesotho & Africa at large as it becomes more and more accessible to anyone regardless of where they are located or what underlying conditions they live with.
Some of the beneficiaries of equi from the project are:

•St Catherines High School
•Resource Center for the blind
•Holy Family High School
•Morija Girls High School •Itjareng Vocational School
•Kananelo Centre for the deaf
